Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Orange Sky LinkedIn Automation service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Orange Sky provides an automated LinkedIn content publishing service. After you connect your LinkedIn account and provide topic preferences, our team uses AI to generate professional posts which are published to your LinkedIn profile on a schedule you choose — after your explicit approval of each post.

The Service is operated manually by our team in conjunction with automated tools (n8n, OpenAI). There is no guarantee of a specific publish time within a day, only that posts are published on your chosen frequency schedule.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid LinkedIn account and comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement.
• You must not use the Service for spam, misleading content, or any activity that violates LinkedIn’s policies.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at rrzala@yellowsky.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. LinkedIn Connection

• When you connect your LinkedIn account, you grant Orange Sky permission to publish posts to your LinkedIn profile on your behalf.
• You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn account and can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn’s terms and policies.
• Orange Sky is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

6. Content and Approval

• Every AI-generated post is sent to your approval email before publishing. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.
• You are solely responsible for the content that is published to your LinkedIn profile.
• By approving a post, you confirm that the content is accurate, appropriate, and complies with LinkedIn’s policies.
• Orange Sky is not liable for any consequences arising from content published to your LinkedIn account.

7. Payments and Refunds

• The Service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase a specific number of posts at a rate determined by post count and frequency.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay’s Terms.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Purchased posts are non-refundable once the setup and automation process has begun.
• If the Service fails to deliver posts due to a fault on our side, we will provide equivalent replacement posts or a partial refund at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Downtime for maintenance, third-party outages (LinkedIn API, OpenAI, etc.), or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the Service.
• We will notify affected users of significant disruptions via email where possible.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Post spam, misinformation, or content that violates LinkedIn’s community policies.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing rrzala@yellowsky.in.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

The Orange Sky platform, its design, and code are owned by Orange Sky. The content generated for your LinkedIn profile belongs to you once published. You grant Orange Sky a limited license to use your topic preferences and profile information solely to generate content for you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost followers, lost business opportunities, or LinkedIn account restrictions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active post package.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
